Unfortunately the NEWS is not good. Well, I guess I could make up some good news and I guess there has been some good new to the effect that we have made progress in our efforts in dealing with the "modeling clubs" along the Boulevard. However, we are dealing with more and more shootings in the Latino Clubs which I am hoping to turn into the TABC as a prelude to closing them down. All of this is tricky business.

We are on the edge of a wet/dry line liquor war between TABC, the County, the FEDs and the City to make things worse. Problem is, we do want the bars to go by, by but, we would also like the ability to be able for future restaurants to serve alcohol with meals. However, I have been in touch with Vice and we are trying to get information about how we can use the horrible events caused by these shootings in our efforts to close down the bars. For now, I can only say that something is going to happen very soon in our favor.

PS. The TIF will also bring huge changes to this area of Industrial Blvd. Also know that Allred is doing a splendid job!
