The Letter you received about New Zoning in PD 621 has to do with creating "views" from

the rest of the neighborhood through the Levee St. buildings which will be built in the

FUTURE and might block the view of all other properties of the river and lake front.

The New Zoning would restrict the width and height of the buildings above four stories to a smaller

footprint which would allow visuals between them out towards the river. The photos below give a good

example of how the new rules would "open up" the views between the buildings while still allowing for

considerable development along the levee's edge. A VOTE of "YES" on the enclosed paper work you

received would allow the City Planning Commission to move forward with their study. If you have further
